Obiekt położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, tuż obok stacji metra (skrzyżowanie dwóch linii metra), w pobliżu dużo sklepów oraz restauracji. Bezproblemowy proces automatycznego zameldowania i wymeldowania (kod do domofonu oraz skrytki na klucze dostałem w wiadomości booking.com). Pokój wyposażony dość minimalistycznie, ale mimo to nie zabrakło czajnika elektrycznego, kawy oraz herbaty miętowej. Dostępne podstawowe kosmetyki w łazience. Bardzo wygodne łóżko - spało nam się idealnie. Ogólnie jestem zadowolony.
Kabina kąpielowa wymaga modernizacji - zasłonka prysznica ogranicza przestrzeń i przeszkadza w kąpieli, lepiej byłoby całkowicie się jej pozbyć (nawet kosztem potrzeby wycierania podłogi). Sam brodzik kabiny jest niewielki, ale to nie byłby problem, gdyby nie ta zasłona prysznicowa. Na ścianach wisiały dwa obrazki, których ramy były uszkodzone - baliśmy się, że spadną ze ściany, więc dla bezpieczeństwa zdjęliśmy je na czas pobytu. To wątpliwa ozdoba, obsługa powinna albo usunąć uszkodzone dekoracje, albo zastąpić je nieuszkodzonymi.
