Convenient bus route just outside the door to get around the city. Convenient metro station a short walk away. Great natural park nearby was good for walks. Helpful and friendly hosts. Small local shops nearby. Toulouse is a very attractive city. Great centre to visit the wider area.
Lack of clear directions about how exactly to locate the appartment within the block. - partly my fault for arriving earlier than expected. Pprobably my host would have greeted me at the outside gate had I arrived at the agreed time.
Problem with the front door lock, making it difficult to exit the appartment.
Everything else was great.

- Secure and convenient parking.
- The host personally explained everything on arrival and provided keys for flexible access.
- Comfortable bedroom and a very nice shower.
- Safe and quiet atmosphere.
- Good value for money.
- The accommodation is a private room in the hosts’ apartment, so the bathroom is shared.
- Communication can be a little limited if you do not speak French. (As was for us)
- The apartment could be a bit cleaner in some areas.
