Zentrale Lage. In der direkter Nachtbarschaft: ist ein Top-Bäcker, gut sortierter Gemüse-, Obstladen, mehrere Restaurants und Supermärkte, Friseure. Der öffentlicher Strand ist in 20 min. lockeren Fußmarsch erreichbar. Der Hausvermieter war immer erreichbar und stand freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sorgte für eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre.

Die Lärmbelastung auf der Terrasse, die direkt an die Straße angrenzt und durch die Hauptverkehrsader des Ortes verursacht wird. Im Haus hört man davon sehr wenig.
