Edem Apartments

Небольшие, но очень уютные и комфортные апартаменты. Жили целый месяц на втором этаже в корпусе B. Отличный вид на бассейн во дворе и на горы вдали. Завтракать на балконе с таким видом одно удовольствие. Полное оснащение кухонной зоны. Духовой шкаф, микроволновка, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Все в отличном состоянии, современное. Есть сушилка, рабочая зона и все необходимое. Большим плюсом является наличие зоны на пляже с шезлонгами и зонтиками.

Было маловато посуды, но не критично. Смущало обслуживание бассейна. За месяц проживания его не чистили, а только досыпали по углам хлорку. После этого хлорка могла еще парк дней лежать на дне горочкой постепенно растворяясь. В течение месяца дно ощутимо загрязнилось(скользкое, потемнели углы). До моря конечно далековато, но мы старались больше двигаться, поэтому для нас это был только плюс)

Виды, порядок, бассейн, немного людей, все супер. Есть вся необходимая техника, посудомоечная машина, стиральная, духовой шкаф и прочее. Апартаменты как новые. Есть свой пляж с лежаками, платить не надо!

Comfortable only

I arrived at the apartment around 2:40 PM, which is after the official check-in time. First of all, the check-in office is located in a completely separate building from the apartments, quite far and inconvenient unless you have a car. The reception area was extremely hot despite having two AC units, but neither of them was turned on. When we entered the apartment, the first impression was extremely disappointing — the place was not cleaned at all. The staff said the previous guests were late checking out, but that’s not an excuse to hand over a dirty apartment. The female receptionist was very unprofessional and rude, repeating herself without even offering a simple apology. On the other hand, there was another staff member (a guy with long hair) who was much more polite and helpful. The apartment itself lacked even the most basic amenities: no hand soap, no dishwashing liquid or sponge, no shampoo, no pool towels, no drinking water — basically, you have to bring everything yourself. The next day, I asked for cleaning service and was told that cleaning is only offered every 3 days, and if I want daily or every-other-day cleaning, I have to pay extra. They also only give you one key card, which is very inconvenient if you’re staying with others. There is no security or lifeguard at the pool, which is a serious concern, especially for families with kids. For nearly $200 per night, the service and experience were absolutely not worth the price. I will also attach some photos showing the condition of the apartment when we first arrived.
