Excellent base for exploring Brixham
We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights whilst visiting to attend a funeral. This accommodation was perfect, really comfortable, clean, with lovely thought to detail with the decoration. Nice and warm during awful weather, great ensuite with quality towels and even robes to chill in. There was a supply of coffee, tea and biscuits and small fridge with milk. We even found a picnic set in one of the draws which would be perfect in the summer. Communication was excellent and keypad info was sent on the morning of our arrival day but we did meet the owner Alan briefly on arrival which was lovely. There is a parking spot which is such a bonus in Brixham. The property is at the top of a steep hill so be aware if walking down to the harbour there is a breathy walk back up but it's not too far. Highly recommend staying here, would love to come back in the warmer months and make use of the private outdoor seating area.

Perfect for a short stay break in Brixham
It was clean, well decorated, warm and well laid out. Even had table plates and cutlery for if you decided to have a take away or food order. Off road parking great

Great location. Great value for money.
Great, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. Close to the harbour, Berry Head and the coastal path. The owners were friendly and accommodating and it was great that my dog was also allowed to stay. There are no cooking facilities but the owners supplied plates and cutlery so snacks could be prepared and eaten in the apartment or garden area.

Lovely property, well presented, and nice amenities (kettle, hairdryer, towels). Comfortable bed and nice lounge area.
Neighbours parking opposite drive made it a bit tricky to get in and out of the drive sometimes

Amazing place
Amazing place 😀 the accommodation had everything we needed. A lovely touch was Tea, Coffee etc. with a bottle of chilled milk in the mini fridge.
