Fantastic if in the area for a holiday give it a try you will not be disappointed.
Very helpful owners, good car parking, fabulous views, comfortable beds, good quality bed linen and towels. Very comfortable sofa and easy chairs and a good dining table & chairs. We ate our main meals out but the kitchen was well equipped, with electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine and a craftier. Decent fridge freezer. The view from the double bedroom and sitting room were astounding. Nice walks along the river. Lyme Regis town is in walkable distance and it is an ideal canter for the Jurassic Coast. We had a very pleasant 3 nights here. There are several letting units on the farm and as there were some younger visitors we found the noise levels to be acceptable.
This will sound very shallow but we were there in the heatwave and could have done with a larger ice tray in the freezer. Much more seriously there needs to be a mirror at the entrance to the Farm, extreme care is needed in this area and the locals drive like idiots on very narrow roads and when leaving the property the visibility is very, very limited. When we were leaving on our last morning we were nosing out to get a better view and a prat in a white van came screaming round the bend, just missed hitting me he blasted his horn and obviously thought 40 mph was acceptable. This did not in any way detract from the enjoyment of a really nice venue.

Beautiful peaceful setting with great views. Friendly welcome very clean and tidy. Handy for river walk into town.
