• New build, modern holiday home. 3 good size bedrooms one on the ground floor and two upper floor rooms, with bathroom on each. Shuttered windows and mosquito nets on the bedroom windows. Ironing board and iron available • Air conditioning throughout • Well equipped kitchen/diner, proper oven and hob, full size fridge freezer, television in diner, table with extending leaves • French window opening onto driveway • Separate utility room with washing machine and labelled bins for recycling • Outside area with patio table and 6 chairs, 2 additional chairs and small table for garden use. Sun loungers available • Grassed area with plunge pool and ‘robot’ pool cleaner • Driveway for two cars and electrically operated gates • Good security • Handy for autostrada junction at Cecina North • Walking distance to shopping area with Conad superstore • Easy access to Cecina and a good base for exploring Tuscany, Liguria etc • Many restaurants and bars within a short drive, Cecina town and beach resort only a 5minute easy drive • Alessandro was very helpful with any queries we had • All in all good value for the price paid

• Plunge pool rather cool with ladder for access • Garden overlooked but will probably be less so as border vegetation becomes more established • Some noise from the nearby autostrada • Built on former scrubland, unattractive industrial area close by and not much in the way of views from the property. Best to use as a base for exploring the region in my opinion • Work continuing (Sep-25) to complete adjacent properties • Kitchen would benefit from a microwave, and the downstairs living space suffers from restricted natural light

La casa era pulita, molto accogliente, per 7 persone è giusta, ne grande ne piccola. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia ma in modo molto tempestivo e preciso è stato risolto. Ogni singola persona con cui ci siamo interfacciati, dal proprietario alla persona che ci ha accolto in casa, sono stati molto cordiali e gentili. Posizione ottima per il supermercato vicino e a soli 10 minuti in macchina puoi trovare il mare con spiaggia sia libera che no. Ogni stanza ha l'aria condizionata, la casa molto curata e pulita. La piscina fantastica e veniva pulita anche durante il soggiorno. Ogni piccola richiesta da noi fatta veniva esaudita in tempo zero e con molta gentilezza da parte di tutti. Consiglio a tutti di scegliere questa meta, noi speriamo di tornarci già la prossima estate.
