Very clean, nice view and excellent position to visit Tuscany. Friendly owners who have shown us the parking and explained everything. Also the olive oil and a whine bottle as welcome presents were of high quality.
Missing vacuum cleaner. But it is not a huge problem. WLAN is rather weak.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica in questo appartamento a Cecina con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento era perfetto, nuovo e in condizioni eccellenti, proprio come nelle foto. Con una vista stupenda sul mare dal balcone. Ogni dettaglio era curato e c'era tutto il necessario per una vacanza senza pensieri. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, pronta a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza.
La posizione è ideale: a due passi dal mare, ma anche vicino alla zona più vivace dove si può passeggiare la sera e godersi un po' di vita notturna. La tranquillità del mare e la vicinanza ai locali rendono questo posto perfetto. Siamo stati molto contenti e torneremo sicuramente!
Un'esperienza che consiglio a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla ma con la comodità di avere tutto a portata di mano.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Cecina. The house was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. As a warm welcome, we received a bottle of delicious wine and family-produced olive oil — such a thoughtful gesture!
The location is perfect — the house offers a beautiful view of the sea and is situated just behind a lovely sandy beach. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and we truly appreciated every detail. Highly recommended!
