VUT/MA/79345 This gorgeous apartment is located on the first floor in the Equmar complex, part of the Cala de Mijas Hippodrome area.Impeccably maintained,gated complex with swimming pool, shower rooms, gardens and underground parking space available.The apartment is simple, lovely and has been prepared with great attention to detail in order to sleep up to 3 guests in comfort. Offering bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and separate bathroom with bath/ shower and bidet it also has a lovely living room with sofa bed for 1, dining area plus independent kitchen.
The living room opens to a lovely terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views across the el Faro area to the mediterranean belownbsp; with a 180 view of the sea and across to the Sierra Nevada mountain whilst accompanied by twinkling solar lights and a true sense of privacy and tranquility.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and everything younbsp;need for a self-catering stay:
- toaster
- kettle
- coffee machine (capsule)
- microwave oven
- Towels and bed linen (includes one pool towel per person).
- washing machine
- hairdryer
- drying rack
There is hot and cold air conditioning available. Please use it responsibly: do not leave doors or windowsnbsp;open when it is in use and do not leave it on when the apartment is empty. We reserve the right to restrict use if notnbsp;being used correctly.
The complex has free parking all around and is an easy drive to the charming town of La Cala de Mijas, where you willnbsp;find a large choice of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and market, beach board walk and often there are events andnbsp;shows available too.
Fuengirola is the same distance and also offers a huge variety of bars, restaurants, shows and events and this apartment is in perfect location for anyone attenting events in the MareNostrum.
Malaga airport is 31km away. We do recommend renting a car (please see 'services' on sunproperty. es fornbsp;information) though it is possible to have shopping delivered.
For check-in after 22:30 a late fee may apply.Check-out time is 11.00am though we always try to be as flexible as possible with our guests.
Please note that the apartment is strictly no smoking inside.
There are signs on the apartment and terrace doors, please do not get locked out as it may result in needing anbsp;locksmith callout and you may be liable for the cost.
