Spacious and bright apartment with fantastic terrace located in secured and quiet complex in Mijas Costa. Absolutely stunning terrace with glass curtains, plenty of sunshine and beautiful views to the gardens, swimming pool and the sea. You will love to sit at this terrace contemplating sea views and sunbathing, especially in the winter months. Main bedroom with bathroom has access to the terrace. 2nd bedroom with french balcony and adjacent shower room. Bedroom windows have shutters. Large kitchen fully equipped. Parking in the garage with lift.
Outdoor swimming pool area (not heated) is open all year around that allows you to sunbathing as well during the winter months in sunny days.
LOCATION: the complex Pinares de Mijas located in quiet residential area in El Faro, Mijas Costa. Only few minutes drive to Fuengirola town or well -known La Cala de Mijas village. There are small supermarket, taxi rank and few restaurants within 10 mins walk. Local beach with sun loungers and restaurant.
Car is recommendable to fully enjoy the area.

The house is really well looked after and the terrace is fantastic.
It is equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Very quiet location, I recommend renting a car.
