Lovely spacious,modern apartment

Great balcony space, also a reason I selected this apartment.
Indoor pool not opened, booked this apartment for that reason. Picture included of indoor pool and nothing to say it would be closed. Seasonal pool noted for closure over winter only.
Loads of ants, but to be expected. Maybe some ant spray.
New build area, so no street lights, dark and hilly. Car recommended.
The apartment was leaking into the garage, and one bathroom was no longer available to use but still had another great bathroom.
