About this house rental

Casa blanca, has 83 m2 built on a 311 m2 plot, attached to the garage and has just been renovated. Located on the corner of an elevated street, giving it clear views and being very bright inside. It is distributed in: porch, living room with open kitchen, fully equipped, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1st. bedroom with a 180 cm X 190 cm bed. 2nd bedroom, 150cm X 190cm bed. 3rd bedroom 1 bunk bed with 80 cmX190 cm mattresses (in this bedroom a maximum of 2 mattresses of 90X190 cm can be placed as extras. Porch. Garden with barbecue and electrolysis pool of 3.20X36.20 m.
It is just 10 minutes walk from the large beach of Riells and the commercial area.
Parking for one car inside the property.
Mandatory final cleaning service payable upon arrival €150. Sheets and towels can be brought with you or rented: sheets €15 p.p., towels €10 p.p.
