Welcome to our small refuge of 43 m2 located in a very quiet residence. We also offer a private parking space in front of the apartment.
The apartment is accessible by an external staircase with private entrance (1st floor).
It is very close to the sea (Conleau Peninsula - small beach, restaurants, walk to do), the pier where the boats are located that takes you to see the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan and close to the city center of Vannes (7 minutes by car).
The apartment offers a relaxing atmosphere. Very little traffic in the residence. It is the perfect place to recharge and relax.
Kitchen/living area with sofa, TV and DVD player/ Dining table for 4 people (2 additional chairs available). The kitchen is equipped with crockery, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, microwave/electric oven, induction hob and storageOutdoor furniture (table and chairs).
Plancha and raclette set available.
The bathroom includes a shower, a heated towel rail and practical storage space.
A separate toilet.
Sheets and towels provided on site.
No wifi but the network goes very well.
First bedroom: double bed (140x190) + dressing room with shelves.
