There’s plenty of room to relax, play games, or enjoy the Austin weather, making it a friendly and inviting space for all!
Parking: There is 1 parking space available onsite. For additional parking, there is also free street parking in front.
Washer & Dryer: There is a shared washer & dryer onsite.
Pets: If you are bringing at pet, there is a extra fee of $25 per pet per night.

Great location, layout, design. Neighborhood has it all. So much in walking distance. We had a wonderful time. Really up and coming area. Sure some older properties will be bought up and renovated and the pickleball place was closed and for sale when we got there but we always felt safe and loved all the restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy drive to get to downtown, university, river, etc.

Omg I miss this place, I stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect. The temperature was great, I slept well. The shower was great, the bed was clean and soft and cute. So many great things to say. I loved the kitchen, the fridge, everything was so cute and lux. The entrance felt off the street and private. So may great places to walk to. It was near my friends. The host was great. Very helpful and gave me my space too. Would totally recommend. Thank you so much!

We’ve stayed here twice this season. Both stays, we found the studio to be super clean and cozy. It’s perfectly located near the UT campus, and there are plenty of fun food & drink places nearby, even within walking distance. Kristen was quick to respond when we had a question. Hoping this property will be available next time we venture to ATX!
