We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. There are a maximum of 2 pets and they must be well-trained. We charge a $92 pet fee.

This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
NO EXCESSIVE PARTIES/EVENTS
This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
QUET HOURS
10PM-8AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

The host Vickie is very nice and responsible. The apartment is cozy and very convenient to go to UT Austin.

The location is ideal for anyone needing care or visiting one of the nearby hospitals. The apartment was clean, though a bit dated, and the bed was very comfortable. While it’s close to downtown, it isn’t within easy walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful.

My brother was very comfortable! He enjoyed the last sachet of Christmas tea :).I appreciate how communicable and available his host was, especially when my brother forgot a couple of items and was able to go back a few hours later to retrieve them!
