The apartment has a living room with a TV of 55 inches and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen to make your favorite dishes and a dining room where the whole family can sit to share, it also has two full bathrooms, a room with a Queen bed, a 43 ”TV, with a closet and a work area and the main bedroom, with a king bed, 43” tv and a small sofa bed for one person, on its beautiful terrace with direct access to the pool you can sit in the mornings to enjoy the views and have breakfast while the boats in the canal. It also has two free parking spaces inside the building with 24 hour security.

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for four people. The highlight was definitely the stunning view; it truly felt like a million dollar panorama. The host was friendly and responded promptly to our requestsThat said, when I first saw the building, I said to myself, “What have I done?”. The condition of the building and common areas was disappointing. Just outside the apartment, a metal panel was hanging loosely overhead near the patio entrance, swaying dangerously in the wind. The exterior gave off a neglected, rundown vibe, with peeling paint and an overall impression of poor maintenance.Shared amenities were also not as expected. Some of the outdoor lounge chairs were broken, the jacuzzi was out of service and appeared abandoned, and some common spaces had broken glass, piled up furniture, and even visible trash from the terrace balcony. It was not the environment I anticipated, and had I known the full condition of the surroundings, I wouldn’t have booked here.
