La ubicación es inmejorable, tienes metro a dos cuadras para poderte desplazar.. Super del Rey a unas cuantas cuadras y tiendas pequeñas a la vuelta de la esquina para mandado pequeño... Av. Balboa a 20 metros. Espacio muy amplio y seguro!! la zona es muy tranquila a pesar que está cerca de la Av. principal... Skyline y Casco Viejo a minutos en Uber.. inclusive se puede ir caminando. Las habitaciones cuentan con su minisplit y no sientes el calor.. las camas super cómodas y todo lo necesario en la cocina. Me hospedaría de nuevo.

No cuenta con: lava-vajillas, tostador de pan, lavadora, sería algo positivo que pudieran incluir eso para una mejor experiencia en lo subsecuente.

The property was in a decent location

We stayed for 5 days, and overall the experience was disappointing. First, we were surprised to learn that there is an additional charge just to have towels replaced, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. One of the bathroom mirrors also had a light that didn’t work, which was inconvenient during our stay. The hot water was another major issue. It only lasted about 5 minutes before turning cold, making it difficult for multiple guests to shower comfortably. Additionally, after we had already checked in, I was contacted the next day and told I needed to sign a credit card authorization form. While I understand policies, the way it was handled was unprofessional. We were out enjoying excursions, yet I was repeatedly called and messaged about it. There also seemed to be miscommunication between the host and the apartment owner, and unfortunately, that frustration was directed toward me as the guest. I felt blamed and pressured over things that were not my responsibility. Another issue was with the guest count. When booking, we selected four guests by mistake. We understand that there may be an additional fee for extra guests, however, the apartment is listed to accommodate up to five guests. Despite that, we were quoted an inconsistent fee and asked to pay it in cash, which felt unprofessional and unclear. This trip was meant to celebrate my birthday, and instead of a smooth, relaxing stay, I felt constantly stressed and bothered throughout the experience.

Location was excellent. Lots of room and very clean.

Avenida Balboa street noise (traffic) during the night was a little loud. Third bedroom and washroom is the former servant's quarter's.
