The "Le Camelie" house is located in the quiet residential area of Stiava, a few kilometers from the sea and the beautiful city of Viareggio.
The bright and welcoming Casa Le Camelie extends over two floors and is equipped with heating, three bedrooms on the first floor, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living room with TV and direct access to the garden. The Casa Le Camelie can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It is also furnished with taste and attention to detail and has a large outdoor area furnished with a table, chairs and a sitting area for eating and relaxing comfortably outside - with a barbecue.
For children: High chair, cot and bathtub
ATTENTION; The house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the presence of stairs!
Outside car parking and garage inside the property!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The first linen package (towels/bed linen) is included in the price. Linen change possible on request; contribution towards expenses €10 per person!
To be paid in cash on the day of arrival:
-Tourist tax in high season €1.50 per person for the first 5 nights and in low season €1 per person. Minors are exempt from tax. Payment is mandatory from the age of 18.
-Final cleaning €60 and deposit €200.
The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure.
