The house is laid out as follows:

Beautiful entrance with closet.
Living/dining room with exposed beams, a fireplace, and a piano corner for musicians.
Semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
Office/library (with Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work) and an extra bed (sofa bed for 2 people).
Bathroom with both a shower and bathtub.
Separate toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine, freezer, and cleaning supplies.
First floor (access via staircase from the entrance):
Bedroom with one double bed.
Bedroom with one double bed and one single bed.
Bedroom with one double bed and one single bed.
Bathroom with Italian-style shower and double vanity.
Separate toilet.
Large mezzanine with TV area and DVD player (sofa bed available).
The little extra:
Access to a unique fourth bedroom from the living room (steep staircase, not recommended for children): the “Tower Room” with a double bed — ideal for a couple seeking privacy.
And finally, a beautiful enclosed 4850 m² garden with a pond (note: not fenced, fishing allowed — full of fish), surrounded by magnificent trees. There is plenty of space to play, enjoy the peacefulness and birdsong, a wood-fired barbecue, a covered area with ping-pong table, and garden furniture.
