About this cottage rental
Ground floor: large open-plan living and dining room. Fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, and additional fridge-freezer). Three toilets on the ground floor, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The bedrooms are accessible from the outside: the first bedroom on the ground floor is also accessible to people with reduced mobility, as is its shower room/toilet. Upstairs, a terrace (outdoor lounge area) leads to two separate bedroom areas, each equipped with air conditioning. The first bedroom area comprises two triple bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms/toilets (each with one 160cm bed that can be divided into two 80cm beds and one 80cm bed). The second sleeping area also comprises two bedrooms: one triple room (one queen-size bed that can be separated into two single beds + one single bed) and one large family room for four people (one queen-size bed that can be separated into two single beds + two bunk beds). A baby area is provided in this room (folding cot, changing table, baby bath, and a high chair in the living room). Each bedroom also has its own shower room with toilet. In the heart of the Sologne region, between Lamotte-Beuvron and Romorantin, this former village hotel has been converted into a fully equipped holiday cottage (excluding tourist tax), ideal for family or friends gatherings. Located in the village center, where you'll find a bakery, a grocery store, and a restaurant, this holiday cottage has private parking at the rear with a small, unfenced outdoor area for meals around the barbecue.
