About this house rental
Property located at 35 cedar point way crown point NY.
Cedar point way is a private road with mostly seasonal residents. The property features 3 bedrooms two full size rooms and a bunk room, 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. The property has direct waterfront on lake Champlain. The docks are in so bring your boat. parking can be somewhat limited for large trailers but you can also boat over from the boat launch at crown point bridge located less than 8 minutes away At the top of the hill sits a couple large decks for entertaining. The house overlooks the lake offering some amazing views and sunrises.
In the later times of the year the area is not great for swimming as weeds will start to grow in but this does bring in plenty of fish for fishing. Their is a dock for a boat if you bring one. With private frontage on the lake

Fire pit and grill located outside
Very peaceful area
Small row boat and kayak near waters edge available for use

The home was well stocked! warm and clean home, Very easy check in. Beautiful sunrise Green Mountains East. Beautiful sunset over the Adirondack West! Great local adventures. a very quiet location. We will return next Summer. Host communication could not have been better.

The home had several astounding views of the lake, even from the living room couch! The home was comfy, clean, and cozy. The heating and air worked, there were plenty of blankets and pillows, TV and Wifi, and kitchen fully stocked with necessary utensils. Only issue was the water would not stay consistently hot through a shower. It was perfect for a family get-away to the lake. If you bring a pet, do not let off leash; there were lots of little critters nearby [including a fox].
