Everything you need in just one room! Yes, that's right, one room!
The home has a full-sized washer/dryer, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, Smart TV, air conditioning (window unit hooked up in the warmer months), heat (two portable heaters controlled by the guest), and more.
The kitchen does not have an oven or stove; however, there is a griddle, toaster, crock pot, and air fryer plus all basic cooking essentials like a knives, a cutting board, mixing bowls, measuring spoons and cups, and more!
The bathroom includes a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied by the hosts.
The backyard includes two rocking chairs next to the fire pit and a grill that uses both wood or charcoal to cook (grilling tools and lighter are in the kitchen drawers).
And, of course, and probably most important, a Keurig coffee maker is available for all guests along with plenty of wine glasses (and a wine topper) for those enjoyable nights to kick back and relax.

The house was nice and clean. It was well stocked with everything you would need. The free standing air conditioner was not up to task of 90 degree weather and the room was uncomfortably warm by 3:00pm. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. It was a great location for us.

Very clean, except for shower curtain was a little moldy at the bottom. Air conditioner worked well. Good neighborhood, quiet. Was in town for a long film shoot and didn’t get to come back until a few hours before checkout on the final day. Slept for only a couple hours before leaving which didn’t give me time (never got a notification) about checkout chores. Only saw it days later when I went to check the listing/leave this review. Toilet is pretty much on top of the bed (no door, just a curtain), so needless to say definitely good for people just coming alone or for guests who are ok with having no toilet/shower privacy. Overall, ok stay, but tbh a bit overpriced for size of place, no privacy, rest of things mentioned. Good for solo travelers who won’t spend much time other than sleeping here, but if I knew I’d have to do chores at the end of my visit (throwing out trash, gathering bedding and towels) I would’ve booked a hotel instead for cheaper. After a long day of filming and spending hundreds of dollars for only two days, the last thing I want to do is chores, but that might just be me…
