- After booking, we will request the names and emails of all of the adults in your party who who be driving in/out of the resort (This is a requirement of the community, you receive a printed pass at the gate). A maximum of 5 vehicles can be registered with the gate.
- If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
- Guests who wish to use the grill will be charged a $85 fee. This fee covers the use and cleaning of the grill during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this to your reservation.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
- If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
- No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
- Guests who wish to use the grill will be charged a $85 fee. This fee covers the use and cleaning of the grill during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this to your reservation.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00 PM.

Baby Bundle:
We offer a baby bundle to accommodate your little ones for an additional cost of $65 for the duration of your stay. This includes a pack-n-play with a thicker mattress, and a high chair. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

We had a great stay at this property! The home is well kept and clean, and they supplied more than enough washcloths and bath towels for the entire stay for my family of five. There is a bathroom in every bedroom and an additional half bath downstairs. The pool was large enough for all of us to relax in after long days at the theme parks. I will definitely book this property again the next time I’m in the area.

We recently spent six delightful days at this family-friendly property, and it was a fantastic experience! The amenities truly cater to all ages, with a clubhouse, a resort-style pool complete with a fun water slide, and inviting cabanas. We loved the fitness center and the variety of recreational areas, including tennis and volleyball courts, as well as a playground for the kids. The highlight for us was the lazy river, where our family spent countless hours floating and enjoying the sun. Meanwhile, the parents could unwind in the hot tub with refreshing frozen cocktails from the poolside café. While we encountered a minor issue with the door code that didn't work initially, the manager was incredibly responsive and quickly reset it, allowing us access without any hassle. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!
