We are thrilled to host you in this beautiful private home, where you’ll have full access to the entire property, including the garage. Nestled in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood, this home offers both comfort and convenience, with easy access to fantastic local amenities.

This single-level home features three bedrooms, a bonus room, and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for relaxation. With four beds and two queen sized sleeper sofas, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. To ensure a pristine environment, the home is professionally cleaned between each stay. Plus, all furnishings are brand new as of February 2025!

Comfortable Living Spaces
The inviting living room includes two loveseats and a queen size sleeper sofa, centered around a 55-inch Roku Smart TV. The dining area features a stylish table that seats six, complemented by three additional barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, including pots and pans, dishware for 12, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig to jumpstart your mornings.

Bedrooms & Bonus Room
Each bedroom is designed for a restful stay:
Primary Bedroom – King bed plus sitting area
Second Bedroom – Queen bed
Third Bedroom – Two Twin XL beds
The bonus room serves as an extra living space with a couch, chair, and coffee table. Need more sleeping space? The couch converts into a queen size bed!

Each bedroom and the bonus room feature a 43-inch Roku Smart TV. Each tv is set to Guest Mode which allows to you log in to your own streaming channels during your stay and automatically logs you out when your stay is complete!

High-speed Xfinity WiFi is available throughout the house.

Amazing Backyard & Pool
Step outside to a beautiful backyard oasis featuring a sparkling pool (can be heated seasonally with 3–4 days notice and an additional fee). The pool is professionally serviced weekly. While we often have pool toys that guests can use, we can’t guarantee their availability.

In addition to the pool, the backyard boasts a built-in fire pit with seating (bring your own firewood), a turf area, propane grill, and plenty of outdoor seating—with a patio where you can find shade – perfect for relaxing under the Arizona sun.
