The fully renovated kitchen boasts quartz countertops, brand-new cabinets, and is fully stocked with everything you need—cookware, spices, and essential pantry items—offering ample storage and a sleek aesthetic for all your cooking adventures. Each of the three bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with a king) includes nightstands, lamps, and premium linens, plus plenty of extra pillows, quilts, and blankets for your comfort.

We want you to feel right at home, which is why our bathroom come equipped with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a hassle-free stay. We also provide extra towels and toiletries to ensure you have everything you need.

Enjoy access to a private, fenced-in backyard—ideal for peaceful downtime or a quick game on the half-court basketball pad. Located between Cottonwood Heights and Sandy, you’re within easy reach of major freeways, making it a breeze to get downtown, visit medical facilities, or venture into the mountains. In fact, you’re just seven minutes away from both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons for world-class hiking, skiing, and outdoor adventures. The quiet, walkable neighborhood and proximity to multiple shopping centers add to the convenience, while Salt Lake City’s hospitals and clinics are just a short drive away.
-Noise-
We’ve put a lot of care into making the basement a comfortable place to stay. We live upstairs and although we’ve added extra insulation above the bedrooms, you may still hear some footsteps. If the noise ever bothers you, please let us know so we can do our best to make your stay more comfortable. We truly appreciate you choosing our home and hope you enjoy your time here.
-Thermostat-
The heating and A/C system is shared between the upstairs and downstairs, with the main thermostat located upstairs. However, we have a Nest with temperature sensors downstairs to help regulate the temperature based on your needs. Each bedroom is also equipped with a space heater for added comfort. If you’d like the temperature adjusted, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We want you to enjoy a 5-star stay!

This property is in a fantastic location for accessing the ski areas in both the Little Cottonwood Canyon and the Big Cottonwood Canyon. We also did a day trip into SLC to visit the University of Utah. It was a very easy and quick 25 minute drive.The owners thoughtfully prepared their home with a welcome basket of goodies for us to enjoy. The living area was super cozy with a wonderful fireplace and soft blankets to curl up in. We basically had 5 adults and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy all being together. The bedrooms were very nice and all had comfortable mattresses and pillows. This is rare to find! The only thing I would add to the bedrooms might be a mirror for getting ready since there is only one bathroom.Everything was perfect, clean and all updated.The owners were super friendly and responsive! We absolutely loved staying in Sandy Utah and would recommend this property!
