Property Rules
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No RVs, trailers, ATVs, or side-by-sides are allowed on property.
No fireworks are allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking zones. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
Payment Policy: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

The actual room was great. Very clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and there were more than enough linens. There were a lot of USB plugs for charging devices. The resort is very run down and needs lots of work. All pools and parking decks were closed. The common spaces are just old and dirty. There was confusion about check in and parking. All these issues were quickly addressed. The owner was very quick to respond and helpful.
