No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No RVs, trailers, ATVs, or side-by-sides are allowed on property.
No fireworks are allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking zones. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
Payment Policy: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Our hosts were amazing answering any questions promptly. Room nice and larger than I expected. Everything was exactly as pictured. We came down to surprise my great grandson by meeting his hero and this made it possible and enjoyable. Definitely glad Sea Mist is coming back to life for a new generation to enjoy.
