Our Awareness King Suite (located on the main floor to the right of the back door entrance) is more than just a room—it’s a haven for connection and relaxation.
With curated artwork entitled `Awareness` by b3, this suite invites you to unwind in a cozy king-sized bed, creating the perfect environment for a restful retreat. Whether you`re streaming your favorite show with our smart tech amenities or enjoying quiet moments together, every corner of this space is designed with you in mind.

Note: Large common spaces are shared by guests in all 4 suites, including the kitchen, couch/tv area, pool table, fireplace lounging area. Please be mindful of noise and picking up after yourself in the shared spaces.
Prior to arrival, you will be provided with electronic codes to the back door entrance as well as your reserved room.
We are here to make your stay full of `good wibes.` Don`t hesitate to reach out should you need anything.
There are four separate suites in the building, each of which can accommodate 2 adults. The common spaces can be used by all guests. Gatherings in the common areas are not allowed without prior permission.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No unregistered guests allowed.
4. Please respect the noise curfew (9pm-9am)
5. Please respect the check-in and check-out times
6. Please take care of furnishings and do not rearrange.
7. Be mindful there are 3 additional rooms for rent in the building, and the common space and kitchen are shared. Clean up after yourself at all times in the common areas.

The room was very clean and comfortable! Host was very responsive when i had issues with the door key code even though they themselves were out of the country!

This is the third or fourth stay at the B3. The property is perfect for me as a business traveler with a colleague staying a portion of the time in a different room. The common area is comfortable and the private room was great. We played some pool, listened to music and made use of the kitchen and bar too as well as the TVs. The location one block off of Main Street provides easy access to the best parts of walkable Sparta. I will be back!

This is a place that we'd like to stay at again and again!At first we were confused on the directions of how to enter the building. It was a type of keypad that we hadn't used before. Thankfully April is extremely responsive and we got it figured out quickly. Upon entering we saw that the atmosphere was amazing! It was a mix of fun, edgy, modern and all while feeling "solid" with the old bricks. Amenities were very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable. The area was conveniently located within walking distance of small town shops, yet out of the way enough so that we got to peacefully balance work vs free time. We'll be back!
