The one thing that stands out more than anything else is cleanliness. The room was spotless. The price was extremely reasonable. The person who checked us in was friendly, efficient and polite. The buildings are older and so it was a pleasant surprise that all was clean, the furnishings were fairly new, and our stay was comfortable.
The only I have is that there is a $5 charge to use the pool.

The room was decently equipped. But cold. Very cold even when I brought blankets, it never really warmed up and it was too cold to shower.

Too cold. The heater over the sink area did not warm up the room enough for comfort. I am sure it would be great c when n its not freezing v outside or during n g v the summer.

The staff was hospitable, I was able to park right outside the room, the bed was good, it was enough room for one guy, the desk was good, the wifi worked well.
There was nothing I didn't like; no breakfast was included, but I knew that ahead of time.

It was convenient and everything worked.
Bed was hard, sheets were really thin, smelt old, heating/air conditioning unit was really loud.
