About this house rental
This home was designed specifically for travelers coming for weeks to months. It is the perfect solution for travelling professionals that would like a place to call home in an excellent safe neighborhood, close to shops, entertainment and activities. There is a heavy European influence as the home is simple, clean, functional and stylish. No expenses were spared in creating this unique living space.
There is an open kitchen and living room area that opens via an oversized sliding glass door into the back yard. The kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare any meal including plenty of storage and brand new appliances. The living room offers mid-century furnishings, a 50 inch Roku TV. Full cable programming is provided. The home offers very HIGH speed internet of 200 mbps so you can stream or easily work from home.
The two queen bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. White towels are provided for all guests. Each room in the home has a separate mini split HVAC unit so you are able to set the room temperature to what you desire.
Outdoors there is ample space to eat, BBQ or do a little yoga on the lawn. Additionally, there is a fenced area in front of the home.
*Please note that this property is detached carriage house on a property where there is another home that is also rented out. The owner does not live in the home. Parking is available on street with a designated spot in front of the home. The home is completely separate and fenced in to separate it from the other unit.
