Really enjoyed our days here. Loved that there were several activities for my grandchildren. Things they loved inside and outside! The pool was a big hit with this summer temperature. And loved the long table on the patio for all 13 of us. They enjoyed the theatre room in the evening. Only complaint was the upstairs air. It did not keep the rooms as cool as downstairs. Maybe that's why they have a couple of fans for guests to use? Overall it was very nice! Thanks.

We had an overall good stay at a beautiful property in an ideal location—close to grocery stores, restaurants, and SeaWorld, which made things very convenient. That said, several small issues affected the experience. The yard was unmowed when we arrived, and the crew came to mow on the morning of our departure, which wasn’t ideal. Attention to detail was lacking—no washcloths or bath mats, not enough towels unless laundry was done, some lamps didn’t have lightbulbs, and a few pieces of trash were left behind. The outside trash hadn’t been emptied and had a strong odor, but someone was sent out to take care of it after we contacted the host.There were also quite a few roaches visible at night, the pool wasn’t completely clean, and the pool net and cleaner were missing. The putting green had no golf balls, and the cornhole bags were molded. A few bedroom windows were left unlocked on arrival, so I’d recommend checking those for safety. Departure instructions were not provided in advance—we had to text the host to receive them.On the plus side, communication with the host was responsive. A pool skimmer net was delivered during the stay, and they offered to reimburse us for the washcloths we had to buy. Despite the issues, we enjoyed the property and would consider staying again, with the hope that more attention is given to the small but important details.

The house is pretty much as you read in the listing but it has some flaws. It’s not the first time we take the person we care on a trip and there were some things that a residence would have like bath mats and safety mats inside tubs that this one lacked. We stayed downstairs and we are glad we did as the upstairs AC apparently was not working. We usually stay at places where you have more than just 2 towels per bathroom (we usually bring our own), and more than just 1 extra roll of toilet paper. The neighborhood is quiet but the house next door is being remodeled. The couch is not very comfortable either. The communication with whomever was very fast.
