About this apartment rental
We are located in via Intendenza 12a, an apartment inside a villa of 3 apartments in the renowned area of the Venere bathing establishment. The sea is less than 150 meters away. This side of the sea is one of the most requested in San Vincenzo, the beach is sandy and wide, the sea is crystal clear and we find both free and equipped beaches. The center of San Vincenzo is easily reachable both by bicycle and on foot (about 2km away).
In via Indipendenza n.12/A, in a small condominium, we rent an apartment located in the basement with an independent entrance.
After a few steps we enter the property consisting of kitchen, bedroom, small bedroom and bathroom (without bidet). Externally small terrace with table and chairs and space for bikes.
EQUIPMENT: induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the kitchen and double bedroom and WIFI.
BEDS: There are 4 beds consisting of a double bed and two single beds.
