The apartment has a nice design to it and it's close to a reasonable free beach, but not much more. The host arranged a child bed for us which isn't normally available so that was nice, but the 'extra bed' which is listed is just the couch which is in fact also sold as a bed of the apartment.
The garden which is mentioned as the first feature in the description is not really a garden, and it is shared by 12 apartments in a cheaply built noisy condo building. The outdoor table is cracked, umbrella torn and there is no kids outdoor equipment. We only once in 6 days actually got to sit there, because it was busy when ever we wanted to. Why there is no picture of the building and better explanation of the location/situation - the listing is misleading in our opinion. Being on the ground floor, it was not private at all with people walking past our windows all day, and the noise from the hallway felt like the living room was actually the hallway. The kitchen was also not in a great state, with draws and doors needing repair. The bed creaked every time we moved. When we tried to negotiate a refund with both the host and customer service, it was a straight up no - not very considerate or accommodating. Bedding and towels cost extra, like we are in the 1960's still!? No wifi either, but phone data was strong. There are many bins across from the building, so noisy garbage collection early morning too. Also, the person who met us with keys was not the person who rented us the flat nor the owner.
