This place advertises that it sleeps 10, which is true, however those ten may not have seats all together to eat, watch movies, etc. they also may be sharing towels to dry off from the pool and shower as there is nowhere near enough towels for ten people. Additionally, the kitchen is very poorly stocked. There wasn’t even measuring cups available or other basic kitchen items. If the owners would spend 100 bucks on some kitchen essentials it would make the property more enjoyable. I’m glad I brought so much of my personal kitchen stuff not we would have been eating sandwiches the whole time. The front porch had a wasp nest with wasps swarming, the back patio had a planter full of water and previous tenants cigarette butts, and a giant dead hornet sitting on the railing where our kids could easily touch it. The pool is nice however, the area that appears to be a hot tub is not. It is a “soaking tub” per the owner but this was not disclosed. Pretty disappointing. The garage was completely unusable as it was full of patio furniture, which meant we had nowhere to sit outside since everything was locked up in the garage. The driveway is also quite steep and sloped in towards the house. If there is heavy rain I’d be concerned for flooding with my car. The front and backyard are full of empty planters, weeds, and unmowed grass. The owner could again easily spend some time and small amount of money to clean up the yard and make it more appealing.
