It was great for the price! Location was easy to find, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

The amenities were not well kept and there were damages all over the property. The pool table was janky, wobbly, and if you barely touch it the balls shift around. The connect four basketball game was broken and not enough balls to even play. The couch was so low it was basically like sitting on the ground. The towel racks weren’t secure enough to trust hanging a towel on it. The ice maker in the fridge was jammed. The dining table damn near fell apart when we tried to adjust it (it’s extendable with a folding leaf). The showers need non-slip mats, especially with them having a water softener; the shower head also was not very nice and needs replaced. I just felt like if I touched anything the wrong way, it was going to fall apart. Definitely needs to be updated!!

Very spacious and convenient to the airport while in a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the gorgeous private pool.

No complaints we were able to relax, spread out, cook and enjoy our stay. Just sad we couldn’t have stayed longer.

Location was great! Plenty of room for our party of 8.

This house could be super cool if it had an owner who cares. The layout and location are awesome but things are starting to fall apart which is sad (sliding door handle falling off-making it hard to use or lock door, broken skee ball, light switches that don’t work, busted tiles, dirty clothes shoved behind couch etc…)We had no working oven during our stay. THE OWNER KNEW ABOUT THIS AHEAD OF TIME AND IGNORED MY MESSAGES until our second to last day. Even then he offered no apology but left it on us to arrange a time to be at the house during our vacation and wait for a technician. If someone who cared owned this house, it would be ideal. If you choose to rent here cross your fingers that you never need help from the owner. Even tho his profile claims he’s just a call away and he tells you in his opening message that he wants you to have a 5 star experience, nothing could be farther from the truth.
