Welcome to one of America's last true beach towns! This fun, laid back area is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. A mecca for great views, great food, and some great surf. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Folly River, you will enjoy 6 miles wide of beaches, surfing, kayaking, boating, and endless sunset views. Beautiful Morris Island is a great spot to take in the sea life and panoramic views. Take a stroll down Center Street in Downtown Folly, which boasts tons of eclectic bars and restaurants that are fun for the whole family.
Getting Around:
Folly is very easy to navigate on foot, by bike, or by car! This property is just a short walk to the public beach access. On the way to the beach make sure to stop by Bert's market to load up on beach snacks, or get an Orange Crush from Rita's Seaside Grille. If you ever have your fill of the beach life, Historic Downtown Charleston is just a 20 minute drive away!

This property is fully licensed by the City of Folly Beach to be used as a vacation rental property. License Numbers: LIC041102, STR25-A0052
Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-10am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Folly's Ordinance rules.

Our host was great at communicating before and during our stay. The unit was bright and comfortable. We used the oven and microwave to make a couple of our meals. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding. We spent time sitting outside on the 2nd floor porch and used the laundry facilities..The building is an easy, quick walj to the beach. And an easy walk to the main street.
