— Regular oven.
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more.
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 16 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
— Coffee machine a kettle and toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or cup of tea at the pool area.
— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap
— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge and various other kitchen utensils.

LOCATION:
House surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 4 minutes for an Uber to show up).
Almost everything is within a short drive from us
A few minutes to local dining, groceries, and retail (Grocery Store, Liquor Store).
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house, laundry, full kitchen, kitchenette, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, TVs, patio table with recliners and umbrella, beach chairs and BBQ. Free parking for 1-4 cars, washer and dryer. For check-in we are happy to be flexible as long as the schedule allows. We offer a key less entrance and will provide you with the code to enter the house upon check-in.
Other Things to Note:
When you arrive, please send us a quick message to let us know you've checked in and that everything is in good order.
- Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation.
- Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles only.
For your convenience, we provide the following at check-in:
- Bedding and towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap
- Toilet paper, washcloths, paper towels
- Trash bags
- Dishwasher detergent
- To help keep our neighborhood peaceful, we kindly ask that outdoor gatherings move indoors after 9:00 PM. - - We appreciate your consideration for our neighbors.
- If any city officials visit the property, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
- Please note that you are responsible for any packages you order before, during, or after your stay. In the event of shipping delays, we are unable to store or forward packages, including lost-and-found items.
- Once a month, our landscaping team will access the backyard to trim trees and remove dry leaves as part of the property's routine maintenance.
- If something stops working during your stay, please let us know right away. Our maintenance team will work to address the issue within 24 hours whenever possible.
- If your stay overlaps with garbage collection day, please place the garbage container outside according to the instructions provided on the garbage information sheet inside the house.
- If your plans change, we may be able to accommodate a late check-out, subject to availability.

To start with, my host was great to work with. Good communication. We travel with a group of 16 people and the unit accommodated us very well. Our host lettuce occupy the unit a few hours early because we got into Fort Lauderdale early. The property isn’t a great location for stores or things that you might need. The place was clean and everyone had a bed to sleep in. There were a few minor maintenance issues, which is the only reason I would not give it a five star. We love the place and we would definitely go back.

We didnt use the pool but the problem we had was corrected quickly. The outside seating was our favorite even in the rain. Our overall stay was amazing.

The house was beautiful and very roomy. Although there were only 2 of us on a business trip, we were impressed with the accommodations. Definitely the place to take the family or a group of friends. We were surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was and overall very little traffic noise. The host was very accommodating.
