Welcome to the Island House! We’re Kayla and Patrick Cummings, and though we’re new to Vrbo, we're committed to making your stay in Gainesville special. Inspired by Kayla’s Antigua roots, our house features vibrant, island-inspired colors, just 8 minutes from campus. Features include a turf backyard with outdoor TV, sleeping space for 7 guests, and a fully stocked kitchen. We live just down the road and are here to help for anything you may need. This trip was amazing from the start! The house was easy to find and get into. It was in perfect shape and the rooms were very comfortable. They left games for the three kids and we adults especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!
