The villa is nestled at the end of a lane, with only the surrounding nature as a vis-à-vis. The plot is fully fenced and measures over 7000m2.
Guests can enjoy a 4/9 metre private saltwater swimming pool, ideal for relaxing or having fun with the family.
You can easily access the surrounding activities, L'aven d'Orgnac is 1km from the villa, the Ardèche gorges are just 15 minutes away, Montclus and the Ceze valley are 10 minutes away, and the pretty medieval village of Barjac is 10 minutes away. You will also find a few bars, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, tobacco shop in our pretty village of Orgnac 8 minutes walk from the house.
The villa was renovated in 2024 and has all the necessary comforts to spend a good holiday in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Each room has storage, large beds (3 of 160 and 1 of 180), 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shaded terrace for eating, deckchairs...
