The villa is only 7 minutes from Euskirchen train station. From there, you can easily reach Cologne and Bonn (each a 45-minute train ride). Phantasialand is also just 20 minutes away by car. The Eifel National Park is also very close.
It is located in a very quiet suburban area with everything you need. Supermarkets and drugstores such as Rewe, Hit, Aldi, Lidl, DM, etc. are just a few minutes away. The city center is also quickly accessible at 1.4 km.
