Here, you can connect all three vacation apartments via discreet connecting doors and have the entire house to yourself:
Two units are located on the first floor, with two separate entrances and a large shared balcony offering magnificent views of the garden and the Schalkenmehrener Maar, and one unit is at ground level with direct access to the garden and wonderful terraces.

On-site fees: “Marianne am Maar” is located right on the edge of the nature reserve. Upon arrival and departure, you’re welcome to drive your car right up to the house for loading and unloading; during your stay, a parking space is available for you at the designated “Marianne am Maar” parking lot—a 250-meter walk from the house. Your four-legged family members are warmly welcome in the ground-floor vacation rental “Rosengarten” and must be kept on a leash throughout the entire garden area. The garden, including the bocce court, is perfect for unwinding—just relax and enjoy! We request a deposit of 20% of the total price, payable within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance is due in cash during your stay or via bank transfer to the specified account. The guest fee (formerly the visitor’s tax) of 2.10 EUR per person subject to the fee per night is already included in the total price. You’ll receive your guest card, along with the associated services and benefits, digitally or directly at the accommodation upon arrival. With the guest card, you can, among other things, use public transportation in the VRT area free of charge. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival—after that: 90% of the total price. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance from ERGO Reiseversicherung AG. You can purchase it right here. We ask that you treat all furnishings in the house and garden with care; we do not charge a security deposit in advance. In cases that go beyond normal use (extreme soiling, damage) in the house and garden, we reserve the right to charge for this accordingly.
