In Le Mimbeau, near the fishing village, Goodweek presents a beautiful villa composed of a large and very bright living room, a large mezzanine, 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
The terrace is made of exotic wood, equipped with 4 sunbeds, and 2 summer lounges with sofas and armchairs.
The swimming pool is heated. The garden is flowered and maintained.
A bodega on the pool deck, with plancha, mini fridge (table top), small sink will allow you to prepare superb meals, to be enjoyed under the large parasols on the terrace.
This house is ideal to spend your future holidays in Cap Ferret.
The House:
The open kitchen has been redone (March 2025) and is fully equipped, with an utility room and plenty of storage space.
The 50m2 living room has large bay windows and overlooks the swimming pool, it is equipped with 2 sofas, armchairs, a table for 8/10 people, a fireplace, and a reversible heat pump (sideboard and private wardrobes).
On the first floor, a beautiful mezzanine welcomes you with a TV lounge area / office and two 90 cm beds for use if necessary. The house is occupied regularly, decorated and maintained with care.
The garden:
It is particularly flowery in summer, a gardener comes once a week to maintain it, as well as the swimming pool.
An intermediate cleaning is planned mid-stay. Linen is provided, as well as outward cleaning.
Located a stone's throw from the house, you can go to the beach of the pool on foot (2 mns), as well as to the ocean beach (10 minutes).
The location:
50m from the house, you can go and enjoy oysters on a beautiful terrace, facing the pool of the Mimbeau hut. Here, everything is done on foot or by bike.
