Beach service begins March 1st. Guests are required to purchase bracelets/arm bands at the Beach Pavilion/beach access. The fee is $30 per household - just present the details of your reservation. A bracelet will be provided for all guests 12 years or age or older. Payment is required at the pavilion - there is no method for prepayment or online payment.

This beautiful house has 3 bedrooms with a large loft on the 3rd floor and 2 bath in a private gated community. It is centrally located in Miramar Beach. The pool is right across from the house. The house features a spacious floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The home sleeps 12 comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the two other rooms and two sets of bunk beds and pull out sofa bed in the loft.

Emerald Shores is a unique, gated resort community in lovely Miramar Beach. The community has its own private beach pavilion with restrooms, showers and a sunbathing deck with chairs. Neighborhood amenities include a tennis court, basketball court, two pools (one seasonally heated) and a seasonal tram to the beach.

The beautiful home is located near Silver Sands Factory Outlet which includes more than 100 name brand designer stores.

It is close to Destin Harbor, which includes movie theaters, golf, restaurants and shopping.

It is close to Destin Commons, which is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

Also, it is close to a water park, miniature golf, go karts, bunging jumping all within 3 miles of Emerald Shores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
