**Welcome**
Your retreat in the Diemelsee vacation village—right in the heart of the Sauerland. At Haus Diemelblick 17, you’ll find peace, nature, and luxurious amenities spread across two levels with a well-thought-out floor plan. Perfect for couples, families, and friends—and also ideal for seniors or guests with limited mobility.
**Living & Relaxing**
The living area on the first floor offers a warm atmosphere with an electric fireplace, a large couch, and an open-concept kitchen. Modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fully automatic coffee maker leave nothing to be desired. The living area opens directly onto the furnished terrace with a gas grill—perfect for balmy evenings by the lake.
**Sleeping**
One bedroom is located on the first floor—ideal for senior-friendly living, since there is also a bathroom on the same floor. It is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm), blackout pleated blinds, and a smart TV with Magenta TV.
Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms—also featuring box-spring beds, TV (Magenta TV), and plenty of peace and quiet. One of the rooms offers direct access to the spacious rooftop terrace with a stunning lake view—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious wellness bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and private sauna—for your relaxation any time of year. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor provides additional comfort.
**Family-Friendly**
Everything is provided for our younger guests: a travel crib, high chair, games, books, and a handcart for outings around the lake.
**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.
**Services & Extras**
You can use the washer and dryer free of charge, as well as the Wi-Fi. Two parking spaces are located right next to the house.
A lockable bike storage room is also available.
