GULF FRONT relaxing condo on GORGEOUS Pensacola Beach. Private pool,low density!

Definitely a great location. The entire place was clean, the beach was right there, & the weather was perfect.

We had a very nice time. The host was incredibly responsive. When I had a question or issue they responded within 30 minutes or less. The condo is not direct ocean front. It is to one side of the east tower. Ocean view was about 40% of overall view from the balcony. At first I was annoyed. But by day two I was ok with it. The balcony got sun from sunrise to maybe noon so it was hot. After that it was in the shade and a nice breeze. That was enjoyable. I sat out there a lot in the late afternoon and evening.The pictures show a small apartment washer and dryer but there is actually a full size set. That was a very nice surprise. We had a load going daily with suits and towels. I appreciated the larger washer setup.There is a covered area for unloading and loading your car. That was very helpful given we arrived in a pouring thunderstorm. There are also grocery carts and luggage cart for making the unloading process pretty easy. The condos are also at stop on the Pensacola trolley. We rode it to the pier and back. The website describing the trolly was a bit confusing. It makes it seem there is an east route and a west route. As best we could figure all the trolleys do a huge loop. When returning from we ended up touring Pickens Park in the dark and back around to the pier before actually heading east to our place. It was fine though....just an FYI.Overall the stay was enjoyable....condo in good place relative to activities but not too crowded.

Clean room, host was readily available, easy access to the beach. I would recommend.

Absolutely loved the location and the place was so clean! 10/10 I have zero bad things to say! they were very fast at responding to my text messages and very kind because my question had already been answered in the above message.
