Regency Towers 405 West is a two bedroom, two bath condo with spectacular gulf views from the balcony. Enjoy being steps from the soft sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. Young families will enjoy the glass paneled railing enabling better views and keeping the kiddos safer. The master bedroom offers a king bed with en suite, the guest room has 2 twin beds, and the living room offers a sleeper sofa to sleep up to 6 guests. Relax after a long day at the beach in front of the TV with a good movie or on the balcony listening to the waves crash. A fully equipped kitchen and WIFI complete this lovely condo. *At this time, the onsite laundry facility is not available. We recommend using the Island Beach Laundromat, located at 37 Via De Luna Drive. They are open 7 days a week, from 6am until 12 midnight.*

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Have stayed at Regency Tower 3 other times, this stay was our least favorite. The other properties were much more “homey”. I think being run by a property management company takes away from the experience. The entry codes were unavailable until exactly 4 pm, after arriving slightly early we had wait to enter the property. We got there and right away the blinds wouldn’t open and couldn’t enjoy the view of the ocean. They sent someone to fix it, but they were unable to complete the repair before we left.
