About this house rental
Family-friendly campground with swimming pools and direct beach access. For each week booked using the code "Happy27" at 31.01.2027, we’ll deduct a flat discount of 25 euros from your booking, in addition to the price shown.

This family-friendly accommodations are located in the Karavomilos Beach resort in Sami, a picturesque town on the island of Kefalonia in Greece. The green, mountainous hinterland and the resort’s shady trees, combined with its direct seaside location, ensure a pleasant climate. The gently sloping gravel and sand beach is ideal for families, even those with small children. The resort’s amenities include a beautiful pool, a restaurant and a beach bar, a playground, as well as shared washers and dryers (for a fee).
The Happy Easy mobile home accommodates up to 6 people (including at least 1 child under 12 years of age). The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed for a child under 12 years of age. The bench in the living area can be converted into an additional sleeping area if needed. The kitchenette is also located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, and a sink. The partially covered outdoor area is furnished with a table and chairs, as well as two lounge chairs or deck chairs and an electric grill. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beach is directly accessible from the vacation village. The sandy and pebble beach slopes gently into the water, making it ideal for families with children. There are both open sections and the option to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas.
POOL
There is a beautiful pool with a separate area for children. Lounge chairs by the pool can be rented.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
There’s a playground where children can run around and make friends. The swimming pool also features a shallow children’s area. A travel crib or high chair can be rented if needed (please reserve when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The resort features a swimming pool and boasts a prime beachfront location. The mountainous hinterland and quaint villages invite you to take exploratory walks and hikes.

Shopping options are available in the nearby village of Sami, which you can reach on foot or easily by car.
DINING
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, you can enjoy culinary delights at the resort’s restaurant or at the traditional local restaurants in the village of Sami.
PETS
One pet weighing up to 35 kg is welcome if registered at the time of booking, for a fee. The guest is required to pay a 120-euro deposit when bringing a dog. If everything is in order upon departure, the guest will receive 100 euros of the deposit back, and 20 euros will go to the vacation park to cover extra cleaning.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
The guest is responsible for performing the final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected afterward to ensure they are clean. Any complaints will be charged at 50 euros. High chairs and travel cribs must be ordered at the time of booking if desired (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be requested no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed).

The resort is right on the beach, making it ideal for families with young children. You’ll also find restaurants, shopping, and nightlife within walking distance. The drive from Kefalonia Airport takes about 50 minutes.

Its proximity to natural wonders such as the famous Melissani and Drogarati Caves, located 2 km and 3 km away, respectively, makes Camping Karavomilos the ideal starting point for exploring the island’s beauty. The mountainous hinterland and picturesque little villages are perfect for hikes and walks. The old lighthouse in Sami offers a wonderful viewpoint. The nearby ruins of Ancient Vlachata and the Maritime Museum are also worth a visit. Alternatively, beautiful, secluded coves and beaches can be discovered on a boat tour. For children, there is a lovely theme park that invites them to explore the world of Odysseus and ancient Greece.
