Friendly owners, made my stay very simple, booked taxi, did wash (I had been in London for a week),were always cheerful and welcoming. Excellent spacious apartment. Will return.

Alexatos hotel exceeded our expectations! Myrka the owner and her family were very kind and anything we asked from her was never a problem. We were married on the island and upon our return to our room myrka had flowers, wine, and entire cake waiting for us in the room! Such a sweet unexpected gesture :) The studio apartments are clean and in a great location in Agia efimia, close to super markets, restaurants, car and boat rentals, beach etc. Myrka was also very helpful with telling us where the best beach spots were (myrtos and antisamos beach were our fav) you have to rent a car and explore the entire island-10 days was not enough! Traveler tips: eat at Captain Corellis-its 5 min walk from the hotel and it was by far the best and most inexpensive authentic greek restaurant on the strip with an incredibly friendly atmosphere.

I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car.
