Небольшие аппарты с двумя спальнями, одна из которых проходная и совмещена с кухней. Расположены недалеко от ЖД вокзала, но в противоположной от центра стороне. В аппартах есть все необходимое.
При заселении обнаружили забитую раковину, которой невозможно было пользоваться. После смыва воды в унитазе около минуты раздается грохот отбойного молотка, поэтому унитазом ночью тоже пользоваться невозможно. Полностью отсутствовал Wi-Fi, в связи с поломкой роутера. Приехали на выходных и всего на 3 дня, поэтому мастер пришел только в последний день, починил раковину, но остальное не смог.
