Близько до вокзалу, хоча не 50м, як вказано, а 250м. Чисто, є все необхідне, швидко вирішила питання входу в апарт через дистанційне відкривання дверей
Запах сирості і я не змогла ввімкнути опалення. Цокольний поверх старого будинку, тому сирість в пліснява тут норма. Не просто вийти з брами. Додумалася ввімкнути камеру телефону, щоб ввести потрібні цифри. Інакше би довелося дзвонити, щоб випустили. Врахуйте цей момент
